• The tour is suitable and covered by insurance for participants from aged 7 – 65 years old
• Child from age 7 - 12 years old only can do tandem ride
• Solo ride (single ride) from age 13 years old
• Photo and video services available with additional cost
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Participants are expected to possess a moderate level of physical fitness
• There are no issues with the heart or any other significant medical conditions

Payment Method

• Cash Payment on the day itself, will collect at activities location
• Card Payment available on the spot of the activities with surcharge 3% from the price
• We accept payments via bank transfer
• Online payment available via Paypal with an additional fee or following the rates
• Payment cash with other currency will convert based on daily exchange rates

Cancelation

• If you cancel the tour in 48 hours before the departure date, there is no cancellation fee
• If you cancel within 47 hours or up to 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the price
• If you cancel for less than 24 hours or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the price
